As a member of the Accounting Department, the Accounts Payable Clerk / Payroll Assistant the focus of the position will be Accounts Payable, with automated payroll assistance as secondary duties.
This is a Monday to Friday position with standard business hours. |
| Duties: | Primary Focus (accounts payables):
� opening daily mail & forwarding to appropriate site manager for approval.
� accurate entry of all approved invoices
� review monthly statements
� work with vendors to request invoice copies or advise payment status
� prepare checks for mailing / filing invoices
This position has lots of data entry.
Secondary Focus (payroll assisting):
� responsible for assisting with bi-weekly automated payroll for all employees within the business units
� enter information accurately to create an accurate payroll.
� assist and properly document all accounts payables.
� Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | � Current or very recent AP experience
� Strong interest to assist with payroll
� Ability to excel in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities.
� Demonstrated proficiency in such systems as MS Access and MS Excel
� Strong customer service skills.
� Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
