How do I apply for a specific position?

  • Visit our webpage 'Search Jobs'.
  • Select a position.
  • Click on 'Apply Now"
  • Complete the on-line application, including all required fields
  • Click 'Submit'

How do I apply for employment without a specific position available?

  • Click onto 'Submit Application' page.
  • Click onto either 'Staff' or 'Provider' application.
  • Within application, click 'Select Position #1' (Staff) or 'Select Position' (Provider).
  • Complete the on-line application, including all required fields
  • Click 'Submit'

Can I fill out a 'paper application' instead of completing an 'on-line application'?

Yes.  However, please understand that paper applications may take several days before they are reviewed.  Also, Compass Medical does not interview walk-in applicants without a scheduled interview appointment.

Our on-line application process is the preferred method and most efficient way to get your application reviewed.  If you do not have access to a computer with internet access, Compass Medical provides paper applications in our business office.  

Can I mail, email, fax or drop-off a resume without an 'application'?

Yes.  However, please understand that a copy of a resume without an application may take several days to be reviewed.  Compass Medical prefers to evaluate a 'complete' submittal (application & resume) during the selection process.  

Can I pick-up a 'paper application', fill it out at home, and then mail it back to Compass Medical?

Yes, However, if you mail the application, Compass Medical is not able to guarantee receipt.  If Compass Medical does not receive the application, we may not be able to consider you for the position.  Paper applications may be picked-up at the business office Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding company holidays).  Please call in advance: 508-350-2350. 

How do I apply for another position after I have already submitted a previous application? 

  • If you have previously submitted an on-line application with Compass Medical, at the top of the application you will click onto: 'Already filled out an application with us? Click here to update it now.'
  • Type your registered email address and Compass Medical will email you your passcode.
  • Once you have your passcode, you will be able to access your on-line application to apply to new job postings, as well as to provide updates, edits and current resume attachments.

What happens to my on-line 'application' once it has been submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.  Your application will be routed to the designated employee assigned to this position.

Applications are individually reviewed.  If your application has been selected, you will be contacted by Compass Medical for further review within 2 weeks.  If you have not been contacted within 2 weeks from the date of submittal, Compass Medical will retain your application for a limited time for future reference.

How do I check the status of my 'application'?

  • Employment applications with Compass Medical are regarded as confidential.
  • Please do not call Compass Medical for an update.  No information will be provided. 
  • All on-line application submittals generate an automatic email reply confirming that your application has been received.
  • Compass Medical may not be able to provide updates to applicants that submit paper applications or resumes without applications. 
  • If Compass Medical PC is interested to explore your candidacy for employment, you will be notified within 2 weeks from the date of submittal.

Does Compass Medical notify registered applicants of new job openings?

Yes.  To receive automatic job posting notifications:

  • Go to 'Search Jobs' page
  • At the top of the page, 'Enter your email address' in the space provided
  • Click 'Subscribe'
  • Check your email for all future Compass Medical job postings

What do I do if I am having difficulty applying on-line for a position?  

Applying on-line through Compass Medical is easy.  If you are having difficulties, our system will provide automatic 'error messages' to help you complete the process. 

What do I do if I forget my User ID and/or Password?

Please utilize the system User ID and Passcode retrieval feature to receive via email.
