| Duties: | Reporting to the CFO, the candidate in this position will directly manage both the accounting and analysis facets of the Finance Department.
With two supervisory reports and a support team of accountants, analysts, accounts payable and payroll staff, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the organization and timely processing of all team initiatives.
The Senior Manager will lead the team to revise and expand on current processes, and develop targeted goals to further develop the budgeting process, financial forecasting and performance projections plans.
The Senior Manager will assure the effective implementation of accounting processes, trend and financial analysis, timely financial reporting, auditing systems, effective accounts payable and payroll systems, and more. |
| Qualifications: | Candidates should have proven financial management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a large, independent physician group setting (such as an IPA or an IPO, etc. ).
Candidates should be well versed in reimbursement models, management services contacts, various risk, pay for performance contracts, RVU compensation models and utilization management.
BA in Accounting, Finance or Healthcare Administration required.
