This position is located in our East Bridgewater Southeast Medical Center on Route 18.
Schedule Flexible:
Would consider a 4 day or 5 day work week.
32 to 36 scheduled patient hours per week (salary adjusted to scheduled patient hours)
We have a mature EMR product (since 2003) that is wireless in our Family Medicine Suite. This position will likely have a designated Medical Assistant.

| Duties: | We are searching for a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT with chronic disease and/or acute care experience.
A Family Medicine work history would be ideal, but not required.
Join our existing team of 4 MDs and one FNP.

| Qualifications: | - MASS NP or PA LICENSE REQUIRED.
- MASS Controlled Substance required
- MASS DEA required
- BOARD CERTIFIED
- at least 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A FNP or PA with chronic disease and/or acute care experience required.
