| Duties: | Compass Medical PC is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users and system resources in a fast paced environment.
� Ability to ask concise and accurate questions to identify issues, research as needed, provide solutions, escalate as necessary, accurately document issues, and participate in after hours on call rotation.
� Ability to speak with clarity via telephone and in-person
� Professional interpersonal skills and ability to listen and exercise patience to resolve IT matters
� Ability to learn new skills and techniques

| Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will be required to offer:
� Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to solicit and gather information from the customer, as well as maintain composure and professionalism during difficult customer encounters and/or crisis situations.
