| Description: | Compass Medical is a fully integrated healthcare provider that offers high quality healthcare solutions from several locations south of Boston, Massachusetts. Our new Easton location is in the process of being built and shall be ready April 2010.
This will be a new state of the art 21,000 square foot medical facility and will offer Primary Care - Urgent / Walk-In Care & Specialty / Anciallry Care.
Our Urgent Care Center (UCC) will have 15 exam rooms and be fully integrated with EMR. The UCC will be open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM. There may be some hours in the East Bridgewater Urgent Care facility (7 AM to 7 PM).
NO WEEKEND HOURS AT THIS LOCATION AT THIS TIME. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY 3rd WEEKEND IN THE EAST BRIDGEWATER URGENT CARE CENTER.
Compass Medical is affiliated with Partners Community Healthcare and offers outstanding patient care and technology within Primary Care, Urgent Care and Ancillary Care. We have a new 70,000 square foot medical facility in East Bridgewater on Route 18.
We are searching for 2 Full-time Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants within a family practice or Family Walk-In practice for our UCC in Easton.
This will be a new Urgent Care Center, BUT not a new practice. Our Primary Care will consist of 2 established Primary Care Groups (Internal Medicine & Family Practice)

| Duties: | HOURS: 36 clinical hours per week
SHIFTS: prefers 8 to 10 to 12 hours shifts per day
WEEKENDS: Every third weekend required (8 hours on Saturdays & 4 hours on Sundays = 12 weekend hours)
This position involves treating illnesses & symptoms not requiring hospitalization.
MUST HAVE FAMILY PRACTICE.
